TERMS OF PAYMENT

All advertising is payable in advance. All advertising fees will be collected by the Asociación Colombiana Del Metroplex. Design and Development fees will go towards our Designers or Developers.

BILLING

Make checks payable to Asociación Colombiana Del Metroplex, and mail orders to: 2409 Skiles Dr. Plano, TX 75075. We accept credit cards and personal checks. When paying by credit card, please pay using PayPal (http://www.paypal.com), user name henry_frye.

ACCEPTABILITY

The Webmaster of Asocoldfw.org reserves the right to reject or revise any advertising deemed to adversely affect the integrity and credibility of the website as a source of truthful and accurate information, be repugnant to most of the readers served by the website or be in conflict with the organization's mission of the community served.

LIABILITY

Sole responsibility for the content of an ad lies with the advertiser who unconditionally agrees to hold the Webmaster and Asocoldfw.org harmless. Should a claim arise and to pay for any and all expenses incurred as a result of publication of an ad. Should an ad not be published as ordered, the Webmaster and Asocoldfw.org cannot be responsible for any losses or damages caused as a result. Should there be an error in an ad, the Webmaster and Asocoldfw.org' liability is limited to the amount paid for the portion of the ad containing the error.

CONTRACT & COPY CANCELLATIONS

All display advertising may be cancelled by 5 p.m. three business days before publication. No refund will be offered after this deadline.

PROOFS

Available by 10 a.m. one business day before publication. All corrections or changes must be received no later than 3 p.m. one business day before publication.
